AeroMarine International was originally established in 1987 by Charles W. Cox after he returned from Australia and the successful waterfront management of the team winning the America's Cup.

     Initially, he set up  Cox & Associates as a specialty Yacht and Ship Brokerage.  After two successful years under the Cox & Associates banner and in a continued effort to meet clients' needs, the aircraft division of Aeromarine International was established.  This included a merger with Plans and Profiles of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; expanding into business plans and feasibility studies.  Key personnel were identified to expand the capability of the company's subsidiaries to include targeted segments of the aircraft business.

     Recent developments in business structure and logistics created the need to supplement the brokerage by adding the financing part of the business, which not only includes Yachts and Aircraft but large asset based projects under the subsidiary: TransNational West.
 

     AeroMarine has taken a directed path to offer our clients, past, present and future, complete and superior service for yacht, aircraft holdings and project financing.  We have selected personnel from a variety of sources including aerospace, yachting, corporate aircraft and commercial ship and aircraft businesses as well as the financial community.
